Ambassador Steeve M.Colin of the MFC continues his advocacy for the reconstruction of state institutions destroyed after the earthquake of January 12, 2010. This time it is to the US Chargé d’Affaires ai in Haiti Eric William Stromayer that he comes to send correspondence.

In this letter, he salutes the cooperative work of the American diplomat Haiti, in the name of the family as the first institution of humanity. He honorably salutes the memory of Martin Luther King Jr, whose memory has just been commemorated on Monday, January 16.

He reminds the diplomat that he decides to follow the example of his father, Steeve Colin, Eng. Social.
Thus, Steeve M. Colin also announces having made a symbolic contribution of ten thousand gourdes via a management check from a local commercial bank, as part of the project to build the Haitian legislative palace.

He recalls that the document should arrive at the diplomat’s office since before January 9 but which could not be done due to certain administrative constraints. He says to renew the confidence in the same line of the confidence of the American people in God to believe in the greatness and the pride of America for all the Americans of the continent.

It should be remembered that Steve M.Colin had already written to the former President of the Third Senate Joseph Lambert on the matter of rebuilding the Legislative Building and on the fact that qualities such as integrity, morality and character are in the process of disappearing within the Haitian society.
